    4045 Pecos is Purchased

    The building is purchased from Catholic Charities and planning for Block Forty45 commences. Design concepts are drafted by Zaga Design Group

  • July 2017

    Start of Remodel

    Design plans are finalized and Bauen Studios starts construction on the remodel of the exisiting building, preserving the all-brick building and giving it a modern facelift

  • March 2018

    Start of Rows

    Zackery Enterprises starts construction on the brand new for rent row homes that will be completed early 2019

  • May 2018

    Move-in

    The existing building remodel is completed and updated with finishes from Porcelanosa. Block Forty45 starts hosting community events for its tenants and the Sunnyside neighborhood.
